As there was a phone from PRA office, taking MRT-3 train to go to Makati city to pickup permanent Visa Getting off at Ayala station and walk through several shopping malls for 20 minutes or so.. Found Chili's on the way and take a Quesadilla lunch as appointment is afternoon

Finally obtained permanent visa and renewable SRRV membership card good until next year February. Makati park and garden on the way back, background is CITI bank tower where PRA office is on 29th floor. About 30 minutes bus ride to Cubao is available from PNB bank on Ayala avenue...
